Pump & Pray!!

Pump and pray is back!! Come one, come all no matter your ability there's a place for you in this exercise routine. After exercise there is an informal prayer time. The exercising occurs in the basement of the church. Check our Parish Monthly Calendar for the dates-usually Mondays from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
